Getting around from our home in La Perle is a breeze! With the Anthony Henday just minutes away, you’ll have quick and easy access to all the best destinations in and around Edmonton. Whether you’re headed to the office, exploring the city’s attractions, or just running errands, you’ll find it simple and convenient to get where you need to go.
Additionally, there are plenty of public transportation options available from Edmonton Transit Service (ETS), Taxis, Uber and if you’re feeling adventurous try an electric scooter from Lime or Bird.
So no matter how you choose to get around, our location in La Perle makes it effortless to see and do all that Edmonton has to offer!
Pet Fees:
Nightly Rate: $30/dog/night
Dogs (maximum of 2) are allowed with specific written pre-approval and must be included in your booking request. Dogs not allowed on beds/couches. Cats are strictly prohibited on the premises. Any violation of this rule will result in a fee of $500 per cat.
Additional guest fees apply after 4 guests.
We do require a $500 CAD refundable damage deposit to be paid after a reservation is confirmed. The refundable deposit is simply a pre-authorization that will be released after check-out, provided there are no missing items or damages. We also require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us prior to your stay.
There are exterior cameras at the front & back of the house that record to the cloud 24/7 for your safety and security purposes.
There is a keyless entry to the home in which you will be provided a unique code to access the property during your stay.
Please remember that you’re staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.
